Earlier in this course, you promoted the noble profession of a teacher in the merchandising activity. Would you be so kind as to promote this course, too? Give up to three reasons (keywords) why other student teachers should take the ITElab course next time.

Activity 10
Watch the following video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=XMhIUo2a1iE. How do you assess the instructions of the teacher when the students enter the classroom? What would you do when a pupil suddenly shouts or throws a wad of paper? Is it a good idea to wait until it is silent? Is the teacher to blame for the chaos? Share your feedback.
My experience teaches me that it is important to establish in a shared way with the students which rules they must respect during the activity. Unfortunately, these rules are not always respected and there are classes with relational dynamics that are difficult to manage. Being silent can be useful if a climate of empathy has been created with the students, otherwise it is harmful and can lead to great disorder, especially in moments when the students do not know what to do because there are no accurate directions.
Activity 13
Learning in online communities and networks differs from the traditional learning in the classroom. Share your opinion. What are the pros and cons according to you? Will you try this type of learning again in the future? Would you like to have self-paced courses where you can start and finish when you like, or would you rather have a more social course like ours, where all participants start and finish more or less at the same time. Are certificates important for you?
I like the courses organized through a MOOC very much because they allow me to learn and update myself following my free time. However, I think it is necessary that there are deadlines, also to help the students to get to know each other and to better manage the activities planned.

Nowadays many Teacher Training Institutes use video capturing as part of the process of teacher training. With e.g. the technology like the one of IRIS Connect, the lesson can be videotaped. Afterwards certain parts of the lesson can be commented by the mentor and reviewed by the teacher as well. Do you have experience with being filmed during the delivery of a lesson? What is your experience? Is video a good tool to get feedback? Does it give you extra stress?
I happened to be filmed and it is true that initially you feel a certain embarrassment, but after a while you forget about the video and proceed naturally. It is a great way to get feedback on your actions, allowing them to remodel
